Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store (www.yunaly.store). Our offer is directed exclusively at consumers within the meaning of §13 BGB (German Civil Code).

Contractual Partner, Conclusion of Contract, Correction Options

The purchase contract is concluded with Yunaly, owner: Melih Kaya.

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog. You can place products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order. The contract is concluded by clicking the order button and confirming the order via email.

Contract Language and Storage

The contract language is German. The contract text will be saved. The order data and these terms and conditions will be sent to you by email.

Prices and Payment Terms

All prices are total prices. According to § 19 UStG (German VAT law), no value-added tax is shown due to the small business regulation.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

Your payment method will be charged immediately upon completion of the order.

Delivery Terms

We deliver worldwide. Shipping is carried out with DHL.

  • Within Germany, shipping costs are €3.99. For orders over €50, delivery within Germany is free of charge.

  • Shipping costs to other countries vary depending on the destination and are displayed during the checkout process.

  • Self-collection is not possible.

USA
For deliveries to the USA, a minimum order value of €100 applies.

  • Orders between €100 and €169.99: shipping costs €20

  • From an order value of €170: free shipping
    Shipping to the USA is carried out exclusively via DHL Express. Any customs duties and import taxes are to be borne by the customer.

Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Consumers have a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days. The detailed cancellation policy can be found on our website under “Withdrawal”.

Returns are processed via our return portal. Hygiene items (e.g., headscarves) are excluded from returns. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

Warranty

The statutory liability for defects applies.
