RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 14 days. If your purchase was made more than 14 days ago, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.
Some items are excluded from returns, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines, as well as intimate or hygiene products, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases.
The following items cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
* Headscarves
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please use our returns portal for the return. If you encounter problems with the portal, please contact us via email at info@yunaly.store to request the return.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted if:
* Items are not in their original condition, are damaged, or parts are missing for reasons not attributable to our error.
* Items are returned after the 14-day period following delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email regarding the receipt of the returned item and the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically credited to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Also, reach out to your bank, as there is often a processing time before a refund is credited to your account. If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@yunaly.store.
Sale Items
Refunds can only be issued for regular-priced items. Sale items are unfortunately excluded from refunds.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please indicate this in our returns portal or contact us at info@yunaly.store.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and sent directly to you, you will receive a voucher for the value of the purchase upon return of the item. Once the returned item has been received, you will receive a voucher via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase or was sent to the person who gifted it, the refund will be issued to the gift-giver, who will be informed of the return.
Shipping
To return your product, please process the return through our returns portal. Please note that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund.
The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

CANCELLATION INSTRUCTION
**Consumer** refers to any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly do not relate to their commercial or independent professional activity.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Yunaly, Rathenower Straße 12, 12305 Berlin, email address: info@yunaly.store) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
If you are returning an item valued over €75, you may want to consider using a shipping service with tracking or obtaining shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
